This season we are pleased to host Chef Paco Morales in Doha to experience his unparalleled culinary skills and to bring a piece of Al-Andalus to the VVIPs of the Lusail International Circuit in collaboration with W Doha Hotel & Residences catering. His menu is characterized for having Arab ingredients like labne, hummus or caviar seasoned with "Ras-Alhanout". In his recipes he is known for using Ceuta lemon and dates with orange blossom and jasmine water. In this occasion Chef Paco and his team have created the most sublime menu for one of the biggest events in Qatar.
