Eat Spain, Drink Spain Returns to Qatar for a Second Edition,
The Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Doha, together with ICEX Spain Trade & Investment, is bringing Eat Spain, Drink Spain back to Qatar for a second year, running from 20th September to 4th October 2026. Eat Spain, Drink Spain is organised by Foods from Spain and Alimentos de España, through the Economic and Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Doha, as part of the wider Spain Food Nation campaign. This year, the campaign is taking place in 18 countries around the world, including in Europe, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East, and North America, with Doha's edition forming part of this global programme. Eat Spain, Drink Spain 2025
The 2025 edition of Eat Spain, Drink Spain brought the richness and diversity of Spanish gastronomy to Qatar through a 15-day campaign across selected hotels, restaurants and retailers.
The initiative featured special menus, tastings, product promotions and culinary experiences, supported by an integrated media and influencer campaign that increased visibility and encouraged the public to discover the quality, tradition and innovation behind Spanish food.
Paco Morales
F1 Qatar Grand Prix 2024
We were pleased to host Chef Paco Morales in Doha to experience his unparalleled culinary skills and to bring a piece of Al-Andalus to the VVIPs of the Lusail International Circuit in collaboration with W Doha Hotel & Residences catering. His menu is characterized for having Arab ingredients like labne, hummus or caviar seasoned with "Ras-Alhanout". In his recipes he is known for using Ceuta lemon and dates with orange blossom and jasmine water. In this occasion Chef Paco and his team have created the most sublime menu for one of the biggest events in Qatar.
